After six days of cooler weather, which came with 0.85 of an inch of rain spread out over three days, highs only in the upper 60's (67 for three days) and fall like overnight lows dipping to 48; hot weather is on the way.
We reached 83 this afternoon in Albany, with the temperatures predicted to top out in the upper 80's tomorrow, lower 90's on Friday and remaining in the mid to upper 80's over the weekend. Daytime sunshine and clear night skies are expected to continue through the middle of next week with the afternoon peak temperatures moderating to the lower 80's by the first part of next week (9/14).
