For:  Central Willamette Valley-South Willamette Valley- Including the cities of Salem, McMinnville, Woodburn, Stayton, Dallas, Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY From 4 AM Sunday To 4 AM Monday

Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches above 800 feet. But, areas below 800 feet may see brief occasional accumulations of less than one inch at times, mainly early Sunday morning, and again Sunday night when snow levels lower to near the valley floor.

Saturday Night

Rain showers before 4am, then rain and snow showers. Low around 36. Breezy, with a southwest wind 17 to 22 mph decreasing to 11 to 16 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 34 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Sunday

Rain and snow showers before 10am, then rain showers between 10am and 4pm, then rain, possibly mixed with snow showers after 4pm. Steady temperature around 39. West southwest wind 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Sunday Night

Snow showers likely, mainly before 10pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 24. North northwest wind 5 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
